Weeks shows the range across leave reasons; disability for your own health often runs longer than family leave. New York’s figure is the PFL maximum; its disability benefit is capped at $170. Minnesota’s maximum resets on October 25, 2026.

These states do not run paid family leave or disability insurance. One page covers all of them, because the answer — no state weekly benefit, with federal FMLA job protection if you qualify — is the same; it notes the few state laws that add something.
